Theodore Papakostas (Greece)
Dr. Theodore Papakostas was born in Thessaloniki, Greece. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Archaeology from the University of Reading and his MA in Prehistoric Archaeology from the University of Nottingham. He has participated in excavations in Greece and the UK and has worked at the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki and the Archaeological Service of Kilkis. He holds a PhD in Classical Archaeology (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). With the sincere belief that knowledge of the past is power, and with the deep conviction that antiquity concerns us all, he created Archaeostoryteller, Instagram stories about ancient times conveyed in a straightforward, immediate and entertaining way.
