Brooke Davis (Australia)
Brooke Davis completed her PhD in Creative Writing at Curtin University in Western Australia, during which time she received the 2009 Bobbie Cullen Memorial Award for Women Writers, the 2009 AAWP Prize for Best Postgraduate Paper, and the 2011 Postgraduate Queensland Writing Prize. She is also the recipient of the Allen and Unwin Prize for Prose Fiction and the Verandah Prose Prize. Her novel Lost & Found (2014) was a global hit and was published in 25 countries.
