Susan Johnson (Australia)
Susan is the author of eight novels and two nonfiction books. Her most recent book is the memoir Aphrodite’s Breath (Allen & Unwin 2023). She has been nominated for the Association for the Study of Australian Literature Gold Medal, the Miles Franklin Award, and more. She has been published by Faber & Faber UK/US; Washington Square Press; and more. Susan is the recipient of several fellowships including the Literature Board of the Australia Council and Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris.
