Sommer Tothill is a Brisbane-based feminist writer and presenter across social & digital media. She has written for factual TV including Scope, Totally Wild and Toasted TV. Sommer has also worked as an online writer for Big Brother, a field producer for Scope, and post producer for Network Ten’s suite of children’s TV. Her writing and speaking about gender equality can be found across ABC radio appearances and in ABC digital mastheads. She spent 3 years moonlighting as 'The Usher', a Brisbane theatre columnist for Fairfax digital. Notable career moments include MC-ing the Brisbane launch of Clementine Ford's book 'I Don't: the case against marriage', and the time Andrew Bolt devoted an entire column to a tantrum about one of Sommer’s feminist op-eds.
