Thanks for approaching Zeitgeist.

Zeitgeist is currently taking a little break from submissions. We will be open again soon and Samuel Bernard will be the only Agent open to Query. If you would like to reach out more urgently regarding your need for an agent, please send an email to us with the details attached (please note: this is not for general submissions).

For reference we are most excited by literary fiction, commercial fiction, crime, historical fiction, rom-com, romantasy, memoir, and narrative non-fiction.

We read every submission, so please only submit once. If you don’t hear from us within two weeks - we are not able to take you on as a client.  

Due to the immense number of submissions, we can’t give feedback or a response unless we are keen to Agent your work.

We are not looking to represent Picture Books for the moment.

 The Submission Form which will appear on this page at 5pm Fridays (AEDT) will ask for:

• Title, genre of work, and current word count 

• Elevator Pitch (30 words)

• Bio (100 words)

• Synopsis (200 words)

• Comparison titles 

• Anything else you’d like to tell us. (100 words) 

• First 500 Words of Manuscript
